Summary: I booked an accessible room but the room they gave me was not accessible. I called the front desk and they immediately fixed it. They brought the new room card up to me and helped me get my stuff to the new room. They were so polite and accommodating the whole stay even when I was checking out they offered me help getting everything to my car. The room was amazing, comfortable, and clean! Super comfortable bed that was lower than the bed in the non accessible room which I very much appreciated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the hold on my card is still there 5 days after checkout. I paid in advance so when I checked in they put a $50 hold on my card.
